John Gallagher
About me
​
Hello! My name is John Gallagher and I am a Project Manager in the Language Impairment, Bilingual Reading, and Observational Research (LIBRO) Lab in the School of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at San Diego State University. I am also an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certified speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP). I am interested in language development and disorders in young children, social justice and equity, collaborative practice, and public policy.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Spanish, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I completed a Master of Arts in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and a certificate in bilingual Speech-Language Pathology at the School of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences at San Diego State University.
